The 2025–2027 Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization Plan was filed with the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) on October 31st 2024. The Program Administrators have submitted revisions to the plan to align with the Department’s February 28th order and are currently awaiting Department approval.
